    [FAIE] FAIE Strengthens Connections with Enterprises and Alumni – Elevating Training Quality for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

    On the morning of 21 January 2026, at the Meeting Room – Campus 1, Lac Hong University, The Faculty of Administration International Economics (FAIE) successfully organized the program “Meeting with Associations, Enterprise Advisory Board, and Alumni for the 2025–2026 Academic Year.” The event served as an important bridge connecting academic knowledge with business practice, while opening up numerous strategic cooperation opportunities for the future.

    The program was honored to welcome numerous distinguished guests who are leaders of Associations, members of the Enterprise Advisory Board, and accomplished Alumni:

    From Associations:

    Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Ngan – Deputy Director of the Legal Consultancy Center, Dong Nai Provincial Lawyers Association.
    Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet – Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Tourism Association.

    “Proposing Solutions” for Educational Innovation: From Theory to Practice

    The most significant highlight of the program was the dynamic discussion session, featuring candid and practical contributions from the Enterprise Advisory Board and Alumni for each training program:

    Business Administration & Marketing: Mr. Tran Quang Huan and Mr. Le Van Nam emphasized prioritizing practical skills to ensure that graduates can immediately apply their knowledge in the workplace. In particular, they highlighted the application of AI in marketing and project-based learning. Alumnus Vo Hoang Son also proposed incorporating DISC competency frameworks and advanced Excel skills aligned with enterprise requirements.

    International Business: Mr. Van Cong Hai noted changes in certificates of origin and stressed the urgency for students to master electronic customs declaration software used at major ports.

    Law and Economic Law: Ms. Hong Ngan suggested diverse career orientations such as public defense institutions, in-house legal departments in free trade zones, and the necessity of complementary soft skills.

    Tourism and Travel Management: Representatives from the Tourism Association and enterprises proposed increasing internship duration within Dong Nai, encouraging students to design their own tours and organize events to enhance proactivity.

    Commitment to Partnership and Development

    During the program, representatives from the Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Law, Economic Law, and Tourism and Travel Management programs presented reports on training outcomes achieved in the past academic year.

    PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE – acknowledged and received the valuable feedback from the Advisory Board. He affirmed that these contributions constitute a key foundation for adjusting the training programs, ensuring that Lac Hong University students are not only strong in theory but also proficient in skills, meeting the rigorous demands of the labor market.

    The program concluded in an enthusiastic atmosphere marked by a strong commitment to long-term cooperation. Following the meeting, delegates attended a warm year-end gathering to welcome a new year with renewed achievements.
